We are open by appointment only. We take appointments Tuesday through Friday from 10am to 7pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 5pm.

The office is located on the west side of Cole between Northview and Ustick in the Cole Meadows building. We are located in Suite F, which is directly in front of you as you enter the building. We share a space with Dandelion Acupuncture and Herbs.

Driving Directions

From Downtown:   

Take the connector westbound to the Cole exit.  Turn right (north) onto Cole Rd. Continue past Fairview, and Northview. We are located approximately one block north of Northview, on the corner of Swift and Cole. (You will see a State Farm sign on the building). Turn onto Swift and make a right into the parking lot.

From Nampa, Caldwell, Meridian Areas - eastbound on I-84:

Heading eastbound on interstate 84 take the Cole/Overland exit. Turn north onto Cole Rd. Continue past Fairview, and Northview. We are located approximately one block north of Northview, on the corner of Swift and Cole. (You will see a State Farm sign on the building). Turn onto Swift and make a right into the parking lot.

From Westbound I-84:

Heading westbound on I-84 take the take the Cole/Overland exit. Turn left (north) onto Cole Rd. Continue past Fairview, and Northview.
